April 23, 2008 | VANCOUVER TOUR |
|
The shows in Vancouver this past weekend went really well. It was a very full trip visiting new and old friends, getting sax work done (Thanks Sandro Massullo!), and seeing the beautiful city. It did snow, but from a non-Vancouverite stand point, the weather was great. It was great seeing everyone at 1067 and meeting some of Vancouver's most talented musicians. Special thanks to JP Carter (The Inhabitants & Aeroplane Trio) for helping organize the shows, Dave Chokroun for sitting in and expanding the trio to a double bass quartet, and Shane Krause and Rachel Wadham for putting us up. |
